The Man and his Work

The two-headed eagle (From the past to the future of human settlements)

When thinking of the future of human settlements, Man has to take into consideration our biological, social, economic and cultural inheritance, as well as the inevitable evolution lying ahead of him. This article uses the example of the Urban Detroit Area, in order to observe the continuity of man's actions in building his cities. Instead of preventing the great city of Man forming, which is both inevitable and natural, we should avoid its negative effects by protecting people, nature and culture from the explosion.
