R. C. Wood speaks of ways of saving energy resources and presents statistical data on the financial situation of households in USA.
Next, Lord Llewelyn-Davies speaks of the development of new British and J. Monod of the development of south-eastern France.
The second part of the meeting is devoted to a free discussion, with no specified order of speakers, about the size of future settlements and the inability to make safe predictions about the on-going growth of population size.
At the end of the meeting, J. Riley refers to the variety of behavioral patterns of people living in big cities, the possibilities of diversity given to them by the cities and the new waves in art born there.
